Allison Dolnik

ADHD Therapist and Coach

Hello fellow Neurodivergents!  I’m Allison, a neurodivergent ADHD Coach and Integrative Therapist based in southeast London (via Wisconsin, USA).

I was diagnosed “later in life” with ADHD after becoming a mother in 2018.  My world felt unmanageable and I was left feeling overwhelmed and alone, and I couldn’t understand why others seemed to function with ease while I struggled in silence.  While a diagnosis felt like a relief, I also felt a sense of grief and was left wondering, “now what?”.

I accessed ADHD coaching in 2020 and it was a gamechanger. I was able to take what I learned and keep it as a toolkit, readily handy whenever I need it.  ADHD Coaching started me on a journey to self-compassion over self-doubt and ignited my desire to help others achieve peace and balance.

As a certified ADHD Coach and Clinical Social Worker, I take a integrative approach in working with clients.  This includes utilising an executive function framework alongside solution-focused and strength-based practice, looking at systems and support, as well as CBT-informed principles to target negative thought patterns and self-criticism.

Merrigan Archdale

Neurodivergent Coach and Consultant

I am a strength-based trauma informed coach focused on fostering neuro-inclusive environments in businesses, ensuring that neurodivergent employees can thrive.

My journey began in the classroom as a primary school teacher, where I specialised in supporting neurodivergent students, particularly Autistic individuals. My experience in a school known for its expertise in Autism deepened my understanding of diverse needs and inclusive practices.

As a youth advocate, I established a school exclusion service aimed at assisting neurodiverse young people at risk of permanent exclusion, guiding both students and schools towards more inclusive approaches.

I hold a master’s degree in law, which I completed with distinction. My diagnosis of Dyspraxia during my studies illuminated the challenges I faced in traditional educational settings. With the support of a study skills tutor and coach, I learned to leverage my strengths, leading to academic success. This experience highlighted the need for better support systems for neurodivergent individuals.

After working in a demanding legal environment, I recognised that traditional workplace structures often didn’t align with my neurodivergent needs. This realisation, combined with my coaching journey, motivated me to empower others to navigate and excel in their professional lives.

Sammy Agnew

Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist

Hi there,

I am a creative, inspiring and dynamic Autism and ADHD coach, counseller and psychotherapist specialising in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are Neurodivergant eg-autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, fatigue, overwhelm, dyslexia, dyspraxia, hypermobility/ HSD, hEDS.

I work to help my clients experience, explore and integrate their thoughts, feelings, spiritual experiences and perspectives, somatic occurrences and incorporate sensory integration work in to our sessions.

I work in a wide range of ways, providing the following for my clients:

Coaching- This option describes one off coaching sessions when life hacks, skills and coping strategies or innovative ways to solve a problem are desired in by my client. We may discuss ways in which the client can access direction, support or how to deal with a life responsibility or social situation they may be struggling with. We may utilise talking therapy, visualisation or use creative materials.

Counselling sessions- This option describes short or medium term weekly sessions in which my client and I can work together on way to tackle life issues. This may be useful for recent changes, new beginnings, birth, death, loss, end of relationship, life changes, career direction, working with depression and anxiety or unhelpful patterns in my clients life.

Psychotherapy sessions can be used in an open ended weekly format to really delve into what makes you tick. In these weekly sessions this is your time to ask the big questions-who am I? What do I want out of life? Do I have or want faith? What happened to me? How do I want my future to look and how do I get there?

We can use this time to gently and compassionately understand the authentic and joyous parts and the more problematic parts of your psyche that are inviting us to work with them.

This is especially useful if you frequently find yourself in the same problematic situations, if you are experiencing addictive patterns in your life e.g food, sex, gambling, drink, drugs, porn etc.

Using a range of approaches and techniques we can work to create a more fulfilling life for you so you can flourish and grow in to the person you are truly meant to be.

ADHD Specialist Coach

I trained as an executive coach in 2021 following a series of life events which made me rethink my future. As a senior leader in the NHS, I had a long and successful career but it was time to rediscover my strengths and expertise to improve my work/life balance. I was thrown into the world of neurodiversity as a result of my 2 adult children being diagnosed with ADHD/autism. It was a relief for them and me as it explained such a lot about their unique challenges and the world around them. However I realised that I had little knowledge about ADHD despite my extensive experience in nursing, teaching and coaching. . I set out to improve my skills and trained as a specialist ADHD coach. I now hope to share my experience and knowledge through supporting adults who are diagnosed with ADHD or have ADHD traits which affect their lives. I am passionate about empowering clients to develop strategies to realise their strengths, overcome obstacles and achieve their potential with confidence and self esteem in a safe and non-judgemental space.
