I am a Full Members of the British Psychological Society and evidence-based therapist demonstrating postgraduate-level (Level 7) competence in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. Experienced across primary to quaternary care in community, service and private setting. I deliver CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBT interventions using formulation-driven, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches for mild to complex mental health. I demonstrate strong academic and reflective ability. My work as a Personality Disorder Specialist Worker has enhanced my understanding of pervasive diagnoses for emotional regulation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I hold a growing clinical interest in neurodiversity and accessible practice, advancing in Clinical Psychology for a scientific and compassionate approach.

I am a dedicated mental health professional specialising in personality disorders, neurodiversity, mild to severe mental health problems and trauma-informed psychological therapies.
