About me

For over 20 years, I have been passionate about working alongside neurodivergent individuals. As the evidence in our field has evolved, I have shifted away from the medical model and embraced the social model of disability. This means validating the experiences of neurodivergent people and working systemically to change the stigma surrounding neurodivergence, as well as advocating for the adaptations needed to achieve equal access to education, work and services. I am excited to prioritise and listen to the voices of neurodivergent people, allowing them to guide my practice and create a safer space for them. To make sure I deliver the best support, I receive supervision from an experienced, published, autistic professional, as well as attending reflective spaces delivered by the autistic community.

I’m committed to providing supportive care, understanding your unique individual needs, and helping others understand how to best support you. I deliver sessions in person or online.
