Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults

Therapy should not be another place where you have to mask, perform, or explain yourself.

I offer therapy for neurodivergent adults seeking depth, pacing, and genuine attunement. My work is grounded, relational, and shaped by an understanding of nervous systems, lived experience, and cultural context.

This is a space designed to move at your pace, with care and clarity.Sessions are collaborative and unhurried. We work with patterns formed across relationships, history, and environment, with a strong focus on nervous system safety.Rather than fixing or rushing change, the work centres on understanding, reducing internal strain, and building trust within yourself.

Therapy is available online and in person. Initial enquiries are welcome.

Face-to-Face Therapy in a Neurodivergent-Safe Environment

Therapy is not only about what is said. It is also about where your nervous system is allowed to settle.

I offer face-to-face therapy from my office at Syon Park, a quiet, nature-adjacent setting intentionally chosen to support regulation and ease. Longer sessions available outdoors available too.

The space is low-stimulation, predictable, and designed to reduce sensory overload. For clients who find traditional clinical environments overwhelming, this setting often makes therapy feel more accessible, grounded, and safe.

Finding Us

We are based at The Stables, Syon Park Estate a beautiful Grade II Listed building set within 200 acres of historic parkland on the banks of the Thames, just 10 miles west of Central London.

The estate is home to Syon House, a Hilton hotel, garden centre, farm shop, and regular public events, making it a welcoming and accessible destination.

The expansive riverside grounds also make Syon Park an ideal setting for walking therapy a recognised therapeutic modality that integrates movement and nature into the counselling process. For many clients, particularly those who are neurodivergent or find traditional face-to-face settings challenging, walking alongside a therapist in a calm, natural environment can ease the pressure of eye contact, support emotional regulation, and open up a different quality of conversation. If you would like to explore walking therapy as part of your sessions, this can be discussed and arranged at the point of booking.

By Road

The estate is easily reached via the A4 (Great West Road), A205 (South Circular), and A406 (North Circular), with direct connections to the M4, M3, M25, and M40. Heathrow Airport is approximately 5.7 miles away.
