About me

Hi, I’m Charlotte, a certified ADHD coach, and I work with adults with ADHD looking for more clarity, calm and control.

If you’ve ever wondered why certain things often feel so much harder for you than they seem to be for others then you’re not alone. Together, we can figure out what’s getting in your way, and uncover strengths, strategies and tools that work for how your brain is wired and not against it.

Experience

I have experience working with busy professionals, late-diagnosed adults, midlife and menopausal women, overloaded neurodivergent parents, and health service workers. Coaching with me means a non-judgmental, confidential space built on trust, respect, and genuine support. No shame, and no pressure to be anyone other than yourself.

Whether you’re hovering over the burnout button, riding the waves of hormonal changes or a big life transition, needing change at work or at home, or simply craving more calm, we can work together to figure out what actually works for your brain and your life.

Client testimonial: “Charlotte has a brilliant, kind and gently joyful nature. She listened without judgement, validated my struggles, and brought real ADHD knowledge, perspective and tools. Our sessions have had a huge impact on my wellbeing, and even helped me approach my ND kids with new thinking. I am so grateful we work together.”

I also work with partners, family members, and colleagues of people with ADHD, because understanding what someone you care about is truly experiencing, and how to show up for them, can make a real difference for everyone involved.

Qualifications & Training
