About me

About me

Hello, I’m Becky. I’m a qualified and accredited ADHD coach and founder of Clear Horizons ADHD Coaching & Training. As an adult with ADHD and a parent carer to three neurodivergent children, I bring deep understanding, compassion and empathy to coaching.

I live in Brighton & Hove but can coach anyone in the UK, online or on the phone.

If you often feel that you are having to work twice as hard, or wonder why traditional systems never seem to work for you, you’re not alone — and that’s exactly where we begin…

My Approach:

My coaching is non-judgemental, strengths-based and person-centred and I use a neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed approach.

I coach adults on themes such as confidence, overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, organisation, emotions, and self-advocacy.

I take into account each client’s broader neurodivergent profile and adapt my approach to meet their individual ways of thinking, processing, and communicating.

I’m mindful of how different protected characteristics and experiences intersect with ADHD, influencing how each person experiences their own ADHD, the world around them, and the additional barriers they may face.

What I Offer:

I help clients:

  • Reflect on their current reality

  • Identify the challenges they are facing

  • Notice their strengths

  • Commit to changes they would like to make in their life

  • Identify strategies that work for them, rather than trying to fit into systems that don’t

I share psychoeducation about ADHD, helping clients to better understand themselves and their experiences, and to make sense of how ADHD has shaped their life so far.

As a Certified Emotions Coaching Practitioner, I support clients with a deeper exploration of their emotions. Using a range of practical tools and activities, I guide clients to identify, explore, and learn from their emotions, and uncover hidden or unconscious emotional patterns.

What Clients Gain:

Through working with me, clients gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their life experiences.

This knowledge helps them feel validated, reduce self-blame, and build confidence in their abilities to thrive as they are.

They leave with practical tools and strategies they have identified themselves, confidence that they will use them, and a clearer sense of direction.

Clients often tell me that my coaching helps them feel more understood, motivated, and empowered.

Who I Work With:

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis of ADHD to work with me. I also support people who identify with ADHD traits and experiences.

I specialise in working with:

  • Adults with ADHD — whether newly diagnosed or identifying

  • Adults identified or diagnosed later in life — providing space to process the mix of emotions that can come with a late diagnosis, such as relief, grief or frustration

  • Parent carers with ADHD — supporting them to focus on their own wellbeing, develop self-compassion, and create strategies that help them balance the demands of family life as well as their own personal goals outside of being a parent carer

  • Parents of children with ADHD — exploring how ADHD shows up for their child, deepening their understanding, and helping them to uncover strategies that feel realistic and usable in their home

If you think coaching might help, please get in touch — there’s no pressure, we can just have a chat to see if it feels right.
