Hey, I’m Ellie — Virtual Assistant, AuDHD human, chaos wrangler, and founder of What The Ell.

I help neurodivergent business owners (and folks who are just plain overwhelmed) untangle the admin spaghetti — think inboxes, applications, calendar chaos, and the stuff that makes your brain shout “nope.”

Running a business with a non-linear brain? I get it — because I live it. I know what it’s like to forget the thing you literally just remembered, to live in a swirl of open tabs, and to feel like “just get organised” advice wasn’t written for people like us.

Experience

I have been a VA for over 2 years and have over 15 years experience within Business Administration. I have worked in several sectors, including Rail, Retail, Construction & Utilities.

Qualifications & Training

I currently hold:
Level 3 in Business Administration
Level 3 in Education
IOSH Managing Safely
Mental Health First Aider
CPD in Stress Management

Fees

£30 per hour - I also accept Access to Work awards
