About me
Hello, I’m Humayra Abdul Rauf, a Senior Therapeutic Counsellor and Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with adults, young people, and families. I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and faith-informed counselling. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and neurodiversity (including ADHD).
Having navigated my own journey with ADHD, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work with neurodivergent clients. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, helping you to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I aim to create a safe space where you can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and build tools for lasting wellbeing.
I offer online sessions to make therapy accessible wherever you are, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
