About me
I’m a certified ADHD coach and the founder of The ADHD Way, a space for people who have spent years feeling “off”, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, and are ready to understand themselves properly.
I was late diagnosed after years of being mislabelled with depression and burnout. ADHD coaching was the first time things actually made sense – not just what I struggled with, but why. That experience completely changed the direction of my life, and now it’s the work I do with others.
My coaching is non-directive, emotionally attuned, and grounded in both insight and action. I don’t believe in forcing people into rigid systems or “fixing” them – I help clients understand how their brain works, build self-trust, and create ways of living that actually fit them.
A big part of my work sits at the intersection of ADHD and identity, particularly for those from South Asian and minority backgrounds, where neurodivergence is often misunderstood or overlooked. As a British Pakistani Muslim woman with late-diagnosed ADHD, I bring both lived experience and a cultural lens into my work – creating a space that is validating, honest, and completely judgement-free.
If you’ve spent years thinking “why can’t I just get it together?”, you’re not alone and there is a different way.

Experience
I work with clients who are often high-functioning on the outside, but internally overwhelmed, inconsistent, or disconnected from themselves.
Common areas we explore include:
• Chronic overwhelm and burnout
• Executive dysfunction and task paralysis
• Emotional regulation and sensitivity
• Masking, identity, and self-worth
• Navigating ADHD within cultural, religious or family expectations
Many of my clients come to me after years of therapy, self-help, or pushing through, but still feeling like something isn’t clicking. Coaching offers a different approach – one that starts with understanding, not “fixing”.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I’m also developing work in ADHD awareness, consultancy, and community outreach, particularly focused on increasing understanding within underrepresented communities.
I also bring a background in journalism and the corporate world, which allows me to understand both the structural and human side of how people navigate work, identity, and pressure. This helps me support clients not just in theory, but in the realities of their day-to-day lives.
Qualifications & Training
• Certified ADHD Coach (ADDCA – ADHD Coach Training Program)
• Trained in evidence-based ADHD coaching methodologies

My work is grounded in professional standards, while remaining human, flexible, and deeply client-led.
Additional Information
I’m always open to connecting with others working in and around neurodiversity, whether that’s coaching, therapy, education, research, community work, or creative spaces.
A big part of what I’m building sits at the intersection of ADHD, identity, and culture – particularly within PoC and underrepresented communities. If you’re doing work in this space, or thinking about it, I’d love to connect and explore ways we might support or collaborate.
I’m also interested in opportunities across speaking, workshops, writing, and community outreach, especially work that aims to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and make support more accessible.
Whether you’re looking for coaching, collaboration, or simply a conversation, you’re very welcome to reach out.
