Jules Crowther

ADHD & Neurodivergent Coach | Jules at Kindred Neurodiversity

About me

My name is Jules, I am a mother of two amazing neurodivergent girls, living in Yorkshire. After years of anxiety, depression and not really knowing what was holding me back in life, I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism at the age of 42.

A journey of self-discovery and thirst for information led me to beginning my coaching education in 2023, so I can use my knowledge, expertise and lived-experience to support other people and help them with their own discovery and understanding.

When I’m not coaching, I am supporting my daughters in their home education, cheering them on from the sidelines of the football pitch, baking, reading or out in nature walking & camping.
