Yasodha Rajadurai is a certified Parenting and Neurodiversity Coach with a Master’s in Special Education and lived experience as both a parent and special educator.
She supports parents of neurodivergent children through a strengths-based, person-centred approach that emphasises connection, understanding, and sustainability. Drawing from her own intersectional identity and mixed Asian heritage,
Yasodha helps families move beyond labels to discover practical, affirming ways to thrive together. Her work centres on empowering parents to feel confident, supported, and truly seen.
Yasodha’s special interests include parenting, neurodiversity, autism, sensory profiles, and looking beyond labels.
Her journey began when her daughter struggled with reading despite being bright and capable, prompting Yasodha to focus on childhood development and support for children with unique learning needs. In 2012, she founded All
Hands Together in Singapore, developing a modular, home-based programme that empowers parents to meet their children’s individual needs through personalised educational support.
