My name is Jules at Kindred Neurodiversity, and I’m a Yorkshire-based neurodiversity coach, mother to two amazing neurodivergent girls, and a passionate advocate for creating neuroaffirming support. After years of navigating anxiety,
depression, and a lifelong sense of difference, I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism at 42, a moment which reshaped how I understood myself and my potential.
That journey of self-discovery sparked a deep curiosity and commitment to learning. In 2023, I began my professional coaching education so I could use my knowledge, expertise, and lived experience to help others on their own path of understanding
and acceptance. I’m currently working towards an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and EMCC Senior Practitioner Accreditation, alongside holding certifications in coaching, ADHD coaching and neurodivergent inclusive practice.
My coaching is grounded in my Kindred ethos: sharing knowledge and insights within a neuroaffirming, empathetic, and direction-led space. I support clients to explore their strengths, sensory and executive functioning profiles, and lived experiences such as Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. Together, we co-create practical strategies, build self-compassion, and celebrate meaningful success at a pace that feels right for them.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me supporting my home-educated daughters, cheering from the sidelines of their football pitches, baking, reading, or out camping and walking in nature.
