I’m a workplace neurodiversity trainer, consultant, and a specialist one- to-one neurodivergence coach. From lived experience, I know what it’s like to think “I don’t know what’s wrong with me”, to feel stuck without knowing the language to understand it ourselves; never mind how to explain our ‘quirks’ to others. So I retrained, gaining the qualifications, expertise and skillset to become the person I once needed.
Bridget’s work in the neurodiversity field spans from private and public sector training and consultancy to one-to-one neurodivergence coaching. As founder of the NeuroApproach; Bridget has partnered with local government bodies, NHS-affiliated teams, and SMEs to deliver research- led training, neuroinclusive process design and 1:1 coaching that goes beyond box-ticking to real impact. Her work is rooted in how the brain processes information, instructions and interaction.
Bridget helps simplify how these natural brain-based differences show up in the workplace and what can be done to reduce challenges and let unique strengths shine. Surface-level awareness notices difference. True understanding explains it. Neurodivergent conditions are not deficits. They’re differences. And in the right environment, those differences can become strengths. I blend academic expertise, behavioural psychology, and organisational strategy to deliver evidence-based training, consultancy, and one-to-one coaching
