About me

Hello! I'm Dhruti (pronounced 'droo-tee').

I created The Inner Chaos Club for people who are relentlessly overwhelmed and fed up of trying to figure it all out on their own.

Offering 1:1 coaching sessions to help you learn how to navigate your late-discovered neurodivergence, and create balance between the way you function and what the world needs from you.

So you can actually enjoy your life, and not just survive it!

My approach is deep and personal, with a touch of humour to create a friendly, safe, judgement-free space, where you feel comfortable to show up without the mask.

I draw on my formal education, professional training, and lived experience, to help others to not only recognise their resilience, but see how they have more control than it may seem.

You'll get a personal area within my client portal where you can easily see your notes from each week, track your tasks, see your payments, and schedule your sessions.

Training, qualifications & training

Experience

Life coaching since 2022, with over 500 hours experience. I've coached people aged 16 to 64, various gender identities, and backgrounds.

I started as a Transformational Life Coach and transitioned into supporting the neurodivergent community in January 2025.

Before that, my work history is (unsurprisingly) diverse. Having done everything from working at a special needs school, to charities, to techy startups, and even making wedding cakes!

Qualifications & Training

Formal education in psychology, and counselling. ICF accredited Life Coach training, CPD certified ADHD Coach training, and continued smaller courses for personal development

Services starting from £70, coaching packages starting from £1195

Access to Work payments accepted.

Availability

My diary is open Monday to Thursday 8am to 7pm, but I only take a limited number of clients per week!
